The land is currently jointly owned by Reality Fund, Israel's largest real estate investment fund group, and Phoenix Insurance Company, one of Israel's leading and largest insurance and financial groups — together with a group of investors represented by Adv. Avishay Naamat, who has led investor groups in luxury Tel Aviv projects for the past decade. A purchasing group is being organized to acquire the rights to the land and to jointly establish the project.

The group is organized by Amit Kazzaz, a graduate of the IDF's Talpiot program with a master's degree in physics and business administration. Over the past two decades, he has focused on assembling purchasing groups for luxury residential complexes in Tel Aviv.

Members of Amit's previous purchasing groups include leading figures in the Israeli economy as well as many members of the Jewish diaspora (the U.S., England, France).

Previous projects include the Pitman complex at the corner of Balfour and Ahad Ha'am streets; the Zamenhoff complex, located in the heart of Tel Aviv on the site of the legendary Zamenhoff clinic; a large-scale residential project in the Noga complex in Jaffa; an ultra-luxury residential project at 80 Rothschild Boulevard; a Bauhaus preservation building on Rothschild Boulevard; and a boutique apartment building on Zvi Herman Shapira Street.
