The surroundings of the Project may change, including as a result of construction, development or planning by third parties or by competent authorities.
3.4. The Project’s design, dimensions, apartment areas, finishes and specification may change, including as a result of requirements of the planning and building authorities, execution constraints, engineering considerations or any applicable law.
3.5. The information presented on the Website is general and promotional in nature only, and does not constitute professional, legal, planning, engineering, tax or financial advice. You should not rely on the information presented on the Website in making any decision, including a decision to purchase an apartment.
